When you reach out to us, expect to answer a few questions so we can better understand your pain, such as:

• What is the issue?
• How long have you been dealing with the issue?
• Was it brought on by a specific event?
• What activities exacerbate your pain?
• Does the pain improve with rest or a particular activity?
• Have you tried any treatments?
• Have any of those treatments lessened or temporarily gotten rid of your pain?
• What would the impact on your life be if you no longer had this pain?

We will also answer any questions you may have about our approach, billing and insurance, or what to expect in appointments.
